International Shipping

Tracked express international shipping is included in the product price, with no additional shipping fees or hidden charges at checkout. All applicable duties and taxes are also included for standard orders (DDP – Delivered Duties Paid).

For orders over USD $800, certain destinations may incur additional customs charges in accordance with local import regulations. If applicable, these are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3Β business days prior to dispatch.

During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended. You will be notified if there are any delays affecting your order.


Tracking & Customer Portal

All orders are fully trackable.

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can also track your order at any time through the Kelpie Swim customer portal, which provides real-time updates from fulfilment through to delivery.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Kelpie Swim is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer. If an error is noticed, please contact kelpiesupport@pm.me immediately and we will do our best to amend the order prior to dispatch.


Delays & Responsibility

While we work with reliable express carriers, delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, local postal services, or peak shipping periods.

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Kelpie Swim is not responsible for loss or theft. We will always assist in lodging an enquiry with the shipping provider where required.

Returns

We offer returns on eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, customers must submit a request through the customer portal. Approved returns must be sent back in original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging intact.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once your return has been received and inspected, you may choose between a refund or store credit, depending on eligibility and return condition.
