Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from our studio in Sydney, Australia. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking by email. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible — once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be changed. All products thoroughly checked before sending. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, contact us and we'll assist with the carrier.

Every collection, product and decision is made independently, allowing us to move differently and make decisions with the brand and the people who wear it in mind. Everything you see — from the design of each piece to the photography, creative direction, writing, website and day-to-day running of the brand — is done by a real person. We have deliberately chosen not to make the founder the face of Kelpie. The clothes, the creation and the world they invite you into come first. Being independent gives us the freedom to work differently. We produce in smaller quantities, work closely with our manufacturers and make decisions carefully rather than following the pace or priorities of a larger company.
