Refund policy

We offer returns on eligible items within 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To initiate a return, customers must submit a request through the customer portal. Approved returns must be sent back in original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging intact.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once your return has been received and inspected, you may choose between a refund or store credit, depending on eligibility and return condition.

Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately at so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different size or style is to return your original item and place a new order with store credit once your return has been approved.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, returned swimwear must be tried on over underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, washing, staining, perfume, deodorant, makeup, or damage.

Gift cards are non-returnable.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome. You may choose a refund to your original payment method or receive store credit in the form of an online gift card. Store credit may be issued instantly once your return is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed after approval. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Items must still be returned unworn, unused, with tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
