Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from Sydney, Australia and dispatched via complimentary express shipping.
Every order is carefully packed in sealed protective packaging and shipped in recyclable rigid mailers to help ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we'll do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact kelpiesupport@pm.me within 24 hours of delivery, including your order number and photographs of the item. We'll review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Full-priced items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a store credit, provided they are unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition.

Kelpie Swim is an independent Australian swimwear label. Every collection, print and campaign is conceived and designed in-house in Sydney, Australia before being responsibly manufactured by specialist swimwear makers in China using premium recycled fabrics.
To extend the life of your swimwear, rinse thoroughly after each wear, hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent and lay flat to dry in the shade.
Avoid bleach, tumble drying, ironing and rough surfaces that may damage the fabric.
